So this is It ...
I am offically doing the IVF.
I had the SA and Sperm freezing today, and the trial transfer...All looks good!
Also GREAT NEWS...my PAP came back normal. For those of you wont dont know. I had pe cancerous cells years ago and due to my intense fear of anesthesia( told you I was crazy) I put off the removal procedure ( after many biopsies etc) for way way too long and it developed into cancer of the cervix and cervical canal. I had successful removal (awake   ) 5 years ago and NO abnormal paps since! 
Then We met with the IVF grant coordinator and our final number is we owe $7125. ( due in 10 days  ) But we are taking my mom up on her generous offer and borrowing from her 401K ( so add interest and penalties she will incur we have to pay as well to that number..UGH  )
BUT....Its done...no turning back ( although as Pauline can atest, I changed my mind 10 times recently)
So...I wanted to say THANK YOU TO each of you for your fms, your prayers, your hugs and your support in helping us come to this decision.
Oh and sorry Im sooo long winded, JEEZ....can I talk ( type) or what?!?!

I am just glad you didnt make a rash decision when you were overwhelmed. I am soo happy for you and I hope we both can share BFPs this September.

definately ask for an itemized list. I know they billed me for everything that might be done and said they would pay back whatever wasnt. I got them to remove the fee for blastocyst culture b/c I know they will never allow my embies to go to blast since I dont make many.
Plus you will get back all the things that your insurance does cover.

Hey Donna great news about the pap. I have one in Sept. because mine are often irregular and then I have to get a colposcopy, yadda yadda like we need this crap. So it sounds like you are in the clear as far as that goes, great news!!
I am so happy that you are going forward with the IVF. I bet you have a wonderfully successful cycle. I wish you all the best luck and sticky vibes!!!
