I've tried:
Cougartown - eh, won't watch again
Modern Family - loved it!
SVU - disappointed by the season premiere, but will keep watching
Eastwick - eh, may watch again if I am bored
Vampire Diaries - definitely growing on me, but it was the first vampire series I ever read way back in junior high, so there is a soft spot there
FlashForward - will watch tonight on DVR
Castle - will watch tonight on DVR
The Good Wife - loved it!

Glee, Flash Forward & Modern Family, although I am afraid Flash Forward will end up sucking like Lost & Heroes, or it will be good & get cancelled.
I tried Eastwick, Bored to Death (HBO) & Melrose, but I don't think I will keep watching.

I missed Flash Forward the night it premiered so I had to watch it on line. I DVR'd the second episode and future episodes. I really like it.
I also like Cougar Town.
The Good Wife is pretty good too.

I think Community has had a few really funny parts, but it hasn't really hit its stride yet.
