So while I was giving blood to test for the fifths disease antibodies
they decided to do all the major blood work that is normally done at your first appointment (which is in 2 days)
So I had about 9 viles of blood taken. I never have a problem giving blood, it doesn't hurt me and I have great veins.
Since I found out I was preggo my dr put me on childrens asprin 81mg everyday, I cant even remember why he did, but any way after she finished taking the blood, when i left I noticed a huge (nickel sized) like blood clot where the needle was. It is like a raised bump that has a pool of blood in it.
I am kind of freaking out because I have never had this, I am assuming it has something to do with the asprin but not sure and wondering if I need to call the dr or if this is common. What do you think

the asprin thins your blood so that you dont get clots in your body and have a stroke- so because your blood is thinner it might have just pooled like that- I got those tests a couple weeks ago and I had a small bump with blood as well
If you are nervous about it, definitely ask the doctor- but its probably fine
