we have ours, my Dad saved it for us in the freezer in his garage!
we have it in the fridge, gonna try it tonight!

We had ours, my inlaws kept it in their freezer upstate and by the time we got there to have it, it was 14 months old and still good. It was stored really well with plastic wrap put tightly around it and in box so no freezer burn. Ours was red velvet and it just seemed like cake that was a day or 2 old, a little dried out but still very good.

It was a plain yellow cake with chocolate and raspberry mousse but it had the fondant covering so I believe that encapsulated it and kept it fresh...

We had ours this past weekend. It was marble cake, buttercream frosting with chocolate mousse and canoli cream filling. It was pretty good!

dh hates that i dont want to eat it. i plan on having a fresh one made and he can eat that year old crap

your cakes sound good! Mine was chocolate cake with raspberry and white chocolate mousse filling...it's been a week since our anniversary, and we still haven't gotton to it! but I definitely want to eat at least a spoon full because it's supposed to be good luck!

our freezer broke 2 days after our 6 month mark, so we ate it at 6 months. It was actually really good!

OMG we had ours on 2/13 and the whipped cream was a little hard but the cannolli cream and strawberries were DELISH!!!
