I've never made the above recipes. I just mix some breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning, bread them with that and then bake it. Some of the recipes look very tasty, though!

My all time favorite white fish recipe. Its very easy.
2 6-to 8-ounce orange roughy (I use Tilapia) fillets 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons fresh white breadcrumbs
Chopped fresh parsley
Put the fish in a oven safe dish( I use my glass baking dish) that you have sprayed with non stick cooking spray. If you need more sauce for more filets. just double the recipe. You put the butter, mustard, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix. Preheat oven to 450. Pour the mixture over the fish and top with the breadcrumbs( I just use pregresso to make it easier). Bake for 6-7 minutes. I sometimes will put under the broiler for the last minute to make the breadcrumbs crisp. It is such an easy recipe- I hope you like it!
