So.....is it too early for Christmas dresses?

Many of us have already decided on Halloween costumes.

I know, it would be skipping over Thanksgiving-but, I just saw this on Old Navy and couldn't help but post. This dress is definitely in contention:

I should also admit that I already bought a dress and a skirt on sale last year and was saving them for this year.

ETA: It's a sickness. I am a sick sick woman.

Especially because now I need to see if they have an outfit that would work for DS (who is not even born yet).

I look forward to these posts every year...even though I have a boy. These dresses are all so beautiful!

Love it!! I have been busy shopping for the perfect christmas dress for Ella to do her holiday pics in. I see a few that I like but nothing to really wow me as yet.

Apparently it's never too early. Wasn't someone talking about Christmas shopping in July?

Confession....I bought DD's Christmas dress this past weekend Chat Icon

I didn't set out to buy it, but I found it in Carter's, and it's the kind of dress (style and colors) I have been looking for since she was born...we're going to TX in October and my cousin is going to do a photo shoot (she's a professional photographer), so it worked out I found the dress...but I've never bought Christmas stuff so early...

I don't even have her Halloween costume yet!!! LOL

Oooh! Love it!! Nice find!! I would be worried about the sleeveless part though. Are you planning on putting anything underneath? Chat Icon

That's the drawback-no idea what would go under that.

Re: So.....is it too early for Christmas dresses?

I saw that yesterday - so cute!! Most of the dresses will start coming out soon.

I bought a red smocked, silk dress from Gymboree end of season last year for $5!! I know it will be really hard not to buy another one, but I am really going to try!
