Some good news (FINALLY)
Remember I said DH and his partner were being sued by former investors of his fund?
Trial was this week.
We haven't slept in days.
DH's attorney presented a motion today after plaintiff's counsel rested, making a very sophisticated statute of limitations argument.
Judge gave plaintiff's counsel the night to do research and come back with a response.
Judge ruled this morning AGAINST plaintiff's. DH and his partner won the case!
What a tremendous relief....
