Some new current pics of our house...
We took some pics of the house for the realtor to use in the listing... even though now we're thinking of not listing it and waiting a while. Everyone is saying it'll sell fast and we're just not sure we want to move yet!
Anyway I thought i'd share some updated pics.

Beautiful! It looks really light and airy, with nice updates. It's a total real estate cliche -- "gleaming hard wood floor," but yours really do gleam!

Your house will sell VERY fast if you put it on the market.
It's perfect and a dream to sell! Staged perfectly, right color for the current market, uncluttered.
If you put it on the market, be ready to move out FAST.

Sure, some of the colors actually look a bit washed out in these pics (or it could be my monitor) but here they are...

it looks great...i love your house...
i think the only thing that would keep you from not going into contract right away would be if the price is too high....if its priced right i bet you its under contract within days....i want to buy your house  so i don't blame you for waiting until you are ready b/c i think its going to go quick!

I have always loved your house and style. I say move bc I want to see what you do next!
I do have some unsolicited advice though - I would photoshop the cat out of the kitchen pic. As someone that is allergic to cats, I would wonder if I would have allergy issues in that home even though your house is obviously immaculately clean.

Thanks they are actually laminate, not real wood. We use bruce hardwood & laminate floor cleaner spray and a cloth mop to clean them.
