Some People Are So RUDE!!
I work in an office Bldg. this is a non-smoking bldg (which I think is the law ) but the next door plastic surgeons are constantly smoking in their office and the smell comes into our office so bad!
We've called the bldg. super and he's gone over there and they say there not doing it but he can smell it to but they do nothing.
My boss has gone over to. I just called the super again to only get voicemail, and I'm sure he won't get back to me very soon, and its been like this all day!
how can you freakin smoke in an office!! these are not the best Neighbors, they are always yelling and they have even had a news crew come to the office regarding someone's surgery going wrong.
I'm just so fustrated from smelling this all day.

Obviously, the super is not planning on doing anything. I would call his boss - the building mgt company and tell them you will be contacting Board of Health, OSHA, and and anyone else who police's this.

Yes! They are breaking the LAW. You need to get some form of law enforcement involved for sure!
ETA- the fact that they are smoking in a DOCTOR'S office- makes it even more foul!!!!

thanks for the advice. I just called the property manger again and let them know we are going to call the fire marshall. Now do I really do it??

YES!
They are being so disrespectful by not stopping when they know it bothers you but most of all - it REALLY could start a fire that will put you and the people you work with in danger.
$crew them! They think, obviously, that they are above it all. This sounds like a great office to go and have cosmetic procedures done in!
