some pics of our future home (hopefullY!)
Ok, well we should have our contracts in our hands tomorrow (!!). Today we went back to the townhouse to recheck the central air unit with our AC specialist and its works fine. Should last us a couple of more years and even if it goes he gave us a quote of $1500, not terrible. Anyway, here are a couple of pics. My mom took then and didn't want the owners seeing her so they are the best, but they are something. I can't believe we could be offical home owners by next week. This is fantastic!! And we have our title person all ready to go, got our commitment letter yesterday. I can feel it!!
Anyway, on to pics!
They are in my community bio. I'll try bring them over soon. Enjoy.
P.S. MUCH LARGER THAN PICS SHOW. For some reason the dining room looks so tiny in the pics, but we measured and our a china closest and table without leaf will fit fine and won't be too cramped!!
It was also a great feeling to see the homeowners begin packing which means they are good to go on their end!!
