Some pictures of Bama
Last weekend we took Bama to doggy day at a local pool. The pool had closed for the season so they let the dogs from our dog park use it. It was fun, but I wish I had known beforehand that most Boxers aren't the greatest swimmers! 
When we got to the pool, Bama jumped in the water and sank like a rock. He finally surfaced (DH jumped in after him too), but wasn't able to do the doggy paddle. He kind of slapped at the water, trying to keep his head above the water. Poor little guy. Now we know to get him a vest for next time. You can see in the one picture that DH has to practically drag him into the pool!
I also got him a Bama jersey to wear since college football season has started and DH is a HUUUUUGE Bama fan. It was a birthday gift for him.

We took him to a handler and she said that although we could show him, he'd probably never get champion status (like his dad) because of a couple of flaws (roached back and dropped off croup).
So, we neutered him. But we're still considering entering him into agility classes. He LOVES to jump and run! He moves like a rabbit
