Some WW friendly Trader Joe items I tried this week...
Azad and I took a trip to Trader Joe's this week and I stocked up on some great WW friendly items. A few things I tried already were:
Chili Lime Chicken Burgers - 2 points - They were so delicious on the grill and a nice size too.
Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage - 3 points for a nice size link. I made this with the TJ frozen tri color peppers and put it over brown basamati rice and it was so flavorful.
Whole Wheat Honey Pretzel Sticks - 2 points for 10 - great crunchy snack
Cinnamon Cat Cookies - 2 points for 15 - loved these! They reminded me of teddy grahams
Next week I plan on trying the soycatash and organic whole wheat pasta. I will let you know how those are as well.

I eat the soycatash all the time-- I really like it, and as a vegetarian, I like a little extra protein in my veggies.
I toss some in a salad, and I use it when I make cous cous all the time.

You can go to Union Square in Manhattan or Forest Hills in Queens. It's worth the trip!

They have good 100 calorie packs in there too that don't have the hydrated oils that all the other ones have.

Re: Some WW friendly Trader Joe items I tried this week...
the better than peanut butter is my personal favorite all time favorite TJs find. i am forever in debt to whomever told me about that tasty stuff! lol. the blueberry bran muffins are also pretty good - 5 points and they are big. the veggie fried rice, low point (can't remember how much), just needs a little soy sauce.

Re: Some WW friendly Trader Joe items I tried this week...
Update! I tried the following items:
Ezekiel Bread Sesame - delish! Better then Peanut Butter - Wow so good and low in points! Pre-cooked Roasted Chicken Patties - delicious and perfect for lunch - 3 points Trader Joe Clam Chowder - Delicious tasting and filling! It is 3 points for a cup then whatever FF milk you use to make it with. Thai Lemon Rice - 4 points for a cup - great as a side Spinach and Feta Chicken Sausage - 3 points for a nice size link - delicious! Frozen Tri-color peppers - great made with the sausage Chocolate cat cookies - great crunchy low point snack
I also love their milk. It is always so fresh tasting.
Love Trader Joe's! Thanks for all the suggestions ladies!

These are the only 100 calorie packs I will eat because they don't have hydrated oils. They are also only 1.99 which is an added bonus. I like the chocolate oatmeal ones the best.

Re: Some WW friendly Trader Joe items I tried this week...
I will keep updating as I try stuff since someone said they read my thread and went to TJ! I wish I got kickbacks
Tonight I made a home made pizza with the TJ garlic and herb crust (3 points per serving) and TJ Fat Free Pizza Sauce (1 point for 1/4 cup) and shredded low fat mozzy. Yummy tasting accompanied with a glass of cab sav! It was hubby approved as well.
