Someone please tell me not to feel guilty...
In order for me to get to my kickboxing classes on Tues and Thurs evenings, I need to work out with DH a plan to transfer Cailen over to him, since sometimes he has his daughters on those nights...
So that means either getting Cailen, bringing him home, then putting him back into the car seat to meet DH and switch him over to him...
Or, if Cailen is sleeping, he sometimes wakes up right before I have to leave to meet him, so he's in the car seat the whole time and hungry.... Tonight I fed him while waiting for DH in the back of the car...
I also feel bad because I am missing time with him and DH, and also my stepdaughters... but I do need this time to work out and feel good about myself. So, I feel good but I don't....
Please tell me not to feel guilty, and its ok to take this time for myslef...

I am not a parent yet but I you should not feel guilty taking a little time for yourself I can only imagine how busy you must be with a baby so taking an hour is so is something you should do for yourself Hope kickboxing class was great!

DOnt' feel guilty - as much as we obsess over taking care of our children, we also need to take care of ourselves. 1 hour/ week of pure YOU time is a great thing. You've reminded me I need to go back to my yoga classes. WE just got a 2nd car so now I can actually do this. ENJOY yourself! The benefits last all week long and I can guarantee your baby will benefit as well!!!!

Yes, you ROCK! I wish I had the energy - half the reason I take yoga is bc of the relaxation - or maybe I'm too lazy to do anything more physical LOL, but I envy your committment to working out. i had a good thing going and lost it somewhere, really need to get it back, I can SO feel the difference
