something interesting to do with all that dog hair!
My friend read in newsday that birds like to use animal hairs for their nests. She took the hair from her dog's brush and put it in one of those mesh onion bags and hung it from a tree. After a week it is almost empty. thought I'd pass it along......

We brush Huxley outside and birds have actually come and snatched up the hair while we're still there brushing him!!

I groom my dog outside and don't clean the mess. Usually within a few days all the hair is gone.
