something really strange is going on with me and wondering if anyone else

So I have posted how I have no appetite. I still don't, but when I do -mostly around dinner time- I am REALLY hungry.
But one strange thing I have noticed this past few days is this (and it's happening to me right now) I feel like *maybe* I'm hungry, I want something to snack on , or craving something , but I don't know what I want.
I know it doesn't make any sense ,hard to explain, to give you one example I just got up few min ago , opened all my cupboards, opened my fridge looking for food/snack, but I don't want anything that's in there, everything I saw made me almost nauseous. I want something and I don't know what I want.
Does this sound crazy? I think it does , but I don't know how else to explain it.

Anyone else feel this way?

Happened to me ALL first trimester and it's actually still going. I'm hungry but nothing at all is appetizing. It's really annoying!!! I end up bringing 100 snacks to work and then eat maybe 1 and go looking around for other things.

I think it is perfectly normal. And I have read that a lot of people end up doing smaller, more frequent meals because of this. Food cravings, food aversions, all come and go, as does nausea and morning sickness. And some days I could eat EVERYTHING in sight!

This still happens to me now at 35 weeks. I have no real desire for anything in particular. Planning dinners for the week and what I'm going to have for lunch is a nightmare because nothing sounds particularly good. Then I eat something and I'm not satisfied cause it's not what I wanted.
