somewhat bummed
I know I should have waited to weight myself till tmorrow but the scale said I went up .4 instead of losing weight.... Ive ate and counted my points, wrote everything down, went to the gym, drank water till its coming out my ears. I just dont get why I wouldnt have lost anything unless my scale is retarded.

Re: somewhat bummed
Never weigh yourself at night! And don't overstress it too much. .4 is nothing. That could be tomorrow morning's poop. Not to mention, it's possible that maybe you had something salty that is making you retain a little water weight.

Re: somewhat bummed
Don't worry Kim- it happens to me all the time (and probably everyone!) No matter how good you do the scale doesn't always reflect that right away. Just keep counting your points and drinking your water. It will show up soon

Re: somewhat bummed
Don't worry. Like everyone has said it takes time for the weight to come off. Just keep doing what you're doing & trust that it's working. I am in your boat right now, the past 2 weeks I've been working out a lot & eating better but I haven't lost any weight (I thought for sure I would have lost a few pounds). I think this is very common! You will see the difference on the scale soon!!!

same here!! I'm trying to lose the 5 pounds that I gained in the last few months and for the last two weeks my scale keeps going up a pound, down a pound, up a pound, down a pound...***!!! so frustrating, but you have to keep at it
