Sorry to crash..a TTC'er with a CBEFM question
Hi! Those of you who used the CBEFM...could you please tell me when you BD'd? We did last night and I got my egg this morning...I was hoping to BD a few more times before the egg, but I wasn't sure when it was coming.
Last month, we did it the day before the egg, both days of the egg and the day after, but no PG (hence, my TTC status!).
Just wanted to know if there is any info I'm missing and how you got PG.

I used the CBEFM for 2 months total and got a BFP. The first month, DH and I BD'd on all of the High Days [7] and the Peak days [2] and 1 day after. The next month we only BD'd on 1 High day [the day before Peak], the 2nd Peak day and the 1 day after that. We got our BFP that month!!
I suggest you not stress, and BD on the Peak days and the day after again. If for some reason you cannot BD on one of the Peak days, I would BD the morning of the 2nd Peak day if possible. I think it is the closest to the actual OV time that could be predicted!! Good luck!!

You made me feel so much better....thanks. My cycles are really long, and this is my second month using the CBEFM. Because of their length, it showed 12 high days, so I didn't know which ones were really high.
I am going to BD tonight and tomorrow (both "egg" days) and the day following them.
Thanks...your story made me feel relieved!

CBEFM = Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor - it's a small machine with sticks to determine when your peak fertility days are and when you ovulate.

No problem!! I totally thought that I was out for the second month and was all ready to be bummed... [I had a m/c in Nov. so this was the 2nd month that we tried after it] but my DH told me that he had a 'feeling' that this was it for us!! And whatdya' know- he was right!! I think the first month, was weakening the sperm since we were having sex just about every day. Best of luck!! Keep us posted!!

The CBEFM didn't work for me (I have PCOS), but I can tell you this...we got our BFP during the month where we didn't BD until AFTER O (I knew exactly when O happened because I used a trigger shot). So I think you are still in good shape.
