Sort of TTC related
I just wanted to let you girls know about a site I have been using to lose some weight before my wedding. It has worked wonderful, for both myself and my FH. I have lost 10 lbs in 3 1/2 Weeks and he lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks, combined with exercise as well.
thedailyplate.com is what the site is called. They have a free service, and all you do is track your meals, and the site adds the calorie intake for you.

This site is great. I want to lose about 5 pounds before I start TTC at the end of the summer.

I can't believe how much it has helped me and my FH. It really is amazing how many calories I was taking in, without realizing it.

I didn't realize how much I snacked. Plus I think I take in a lot of beverage calories.

Beverage calories get me too. I like milk too much.
