Sound of Music Question

Hey guys,

I just rewatched the Sound of Music. Everytime I watch it, I forget about the Nazi part. I think my parents may have shut it off or fast forwarded part of it (or I just blacked it out).

So has anyone else shut off the movie after the wedding scene? I figure I will show this movie to Jordana when she is about 5. I don't really want to start explaining Nazis to her at 5.

I saw the movie for the first time when I was probably 9 or 10. I never really remembered the end either because it's so not what makes the movie! I wouldn't worry about explaining the Nazis ... they're just the "bad guys" in the movie - I don't think you'll need a further explanation than that!
