Does anyone drink Soy Milk as opposed to regular milk?
i have been getting bad stomach aches everyday and we have been trying to trace what it is from that i am having and it has to be from the milk. i know how important it is and i will definately keep having it but what about Soy Milk - can we have that?? is it just as good???

Re: soy milk???
This is the only milk I drink. I take Calcium supplements due to being pg with twins.
I switched to soy years ago to help with my sinus infections and because it's hormone free.

Re: soy milk???
When I was pregnant I would drink Soy milk with added calcium. You can also get extra calcium from orange juice .
Here is a list of calcium rich foods..

Re: soy milk???
I haven't had regular milk in about 8 years. I drank soy milk my entire pregnancy and everything was just fine.. just make sure you get soy milk that is fortified with vitamin D and calcium and eat other dairy products that may not upset your stomach. For me, I can eat hard cheeses and yogurt and it won't upset my stomach...

Yes it does.... Here's some info from their site
LACTAID® Milk is: - Rich in high-quality protein, vitamins A, D and calcium. - A source for about 75% of our daily calcium intake. - The same nutrition as other brands of milk, without the discomfort. - Available in the dairy section of your favorite supermarket in Fat Free, Lowfat, Reduced-Fat, Whole, Calcium-Fortified and Chocolate varieties.

Re: soy milk???
I'm a vegan, so I'll drink soy or rice milk.... but for calcium I drink the calcium oj... its supposed to be the same as milk, plus I get my folic acid and vitamin D all at the same time!
