soy yogurt for babies?
In the supermarket today between the yo' baby yogurt their was "O'Soy". Same packaging and manufacturer as "yo Baby".
I bought it and then realized it did not say anything about babies on it. Has anyone tried these? Are they safe for toddlers? It said lactose free...but did not mention anything about nutrasweet.
I wanted to increase his protein intake without increasing his dairy intake. Could I give him a regular yogurt for lunch and then one of these as dessert for dinner?

There is no nutrasweet in it, I just checked their website... I'm sure it's fine for him, don't see why it wouldn't be...

Re: soy yogurt for babies?
i think it's fine to give. i'd just check and see if it has added sugar. i've been looking for soy yogurt for brendan since he's allergic to milk, but the only one i saw came in a pack of 6 or 8 and half of them were peach, which i think he's allergic to also. what flavor did you get?

Re: soy yogurt for babies?
I buy that alot for my son since he is lactose intolerant. I never looked into it though - I assumed it was fine since it was like yo baby just soy.
To poster above - I have only found teh strawberry/peach combo in soy. I usually buy Silk's soy yogurt when it isnt' expired at my supermarket (it is always expired!!!). they have other flavors - strawberry, strawberry banana, vanilla and bluberry are what my supermarket has. Trader Joes has other flavored soy yogurts too.

Re: soy yogurt for babies?
That is the only yogurt I give my daughter. She has been taking it since she was just about a year old. It is fine for toddlers.
