Speaking of ear candling..Colonics

Has anyone ever had that done? I know it's gross but I just remember watching Carmen Electra & Dave Navarro on their MTV show getting it done and it seems like you get really , ahem, clean inside

Opinions?

I have, it wasn't the most pleasant experience but I'd do it again. I think if you do it more than once you'll obviously have better results.

Def cleans out the "system" though and you lose a few pounds doing it.

I think these are supposed to be really hazardous and it's hard to find a place that does them now.

I do however like the idea of getting cleaned out though.

I never did that, but I did a colon cleanse at home...I bought this system online and did it, not the full process, just part of the process, and was amazed at the results....i am too chicken to do a colonic at a place, i'd rather do it at home....but thats just me...
