Speaking of eating healthy - BIG TIME cheat yesterday
Guess what I ate yesterday?
I am getting AF and all of a sudden I had an uncontrollable urge for Snowball cakes (you know, the one with the marshmallow, chocolate cake and cream). So I stopped at the 7-11 and bought it. And ate it. And felt DAMN good about it!

I am a FIRM believer that anything eaten under the influence of AF does not count!!!
