Speaking of Mexican, anyone ever eat at Baja Fresh?
it's fast food, but all fresh ingredients. they have no freezers on the premises. DH and I ate at one in OH and I was SO impressed! I just looked it up and there are 2 on LI (Lake Success and Syosset)
from their website:
No Microwaves,
No Can Openers,
No Freezers,
No Lard,
No M.S.G.®
No Compromises

Yes. I work right across the street from the one in Lake Success. There were lines out the door when they first opened. I ate there a lot...until I joined WW...OMG...just looking at the food I went through a full day of pts...sometimes an entire week...that's just looking 
But...it IS really good!

 yea, Mexican is not WW friendly, or any diet friendly for that matter. but damn... it's SO good!!!!!!!!!

Yes...I've been to the one in Lake Success. It's very delish....but I wasn't a big fan of their salsa. It was black!

I like Moe's better than Baja Fresh and I like Green Cactus better than Moe's.

Been to the one in Lake Success also...I'm not a huge Mexican fan, but it was good! And they do make it fresh, right there.
