spectra s2 pump
I have a medela pump already, but I've heard that the spectra is amazing, and pumping is alot quicker with it (which is what I need since I'll be teaching again soon after the baby arrives). Can anyone who has used it share their experience with it? Thanks!

Love it! I used the medela with dd1 and this one for dd2 is so much better. I only pump for 10 minutes at a time. I have an entire deep freezer filled with milk.
I'm sure it's a combination of being more relaxed about nursing this time that has also increased my supply. But love this pump.

Re: spectra s2 pump
For me, it takes about the same time as the Medela and makes the same quantity. However, I like it A LOT better - because I find it hurts less and it is SO much easier to clean the parts.

spectra s2 pump
Ok so I think I've decided to go with it and order the s2 pump
This is the link for the one I'm going to purchase: http://www.amazon.com/Spectra-Baby-USA-Double-Single/dp/B00BLBLR1I/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1459769723&sr=8-3&keywords=spectra+s2
Can you guys tell me if I need any extra parts for it, or if this is good enough?
ETA: I plan on using the kiinde twist system storage bags, and the dr. browns bottles. Not sure if I need any additional parts to pump into either one of those. For the most part, I will pump into the bags and freeze.

Re: spectra s2 pump
I have that pump, though obviously I haven't used it yet. I'm using the Avent natural bottles and bags, but you definitely can't pump into anything but the spectra bottles they provide. I've heard there is an adapter so you can pump into other bottles/bags, but I have not been able to find it. Not a big deal to me, I'll pump into the Spectra bottles and pour into my freezer bags/bottles.
ETA: I didn't get any additional accessories, but I'm pretty sure Amazon has them available- extra breast shields, bottles, etc.

I ordered this pump as well. I am overdue so haven't used it yet, but I think what it came with should be enough. You can transfer your milk to bigger bottles or storage bags.
I also used the Medela with my first. This one seems much easier to keep clean. I am excited to try it out.

You can pump into Avent classic bottles. I'm doing it right now, and it works well (they're compatible with classic but not the natural line). I use their skinny neck adapters to pump into my old Medela bottles as well. Depending on how often you need to pump, you might need to buy some extra flange sets and bottles from Spectra. I bought a few extra sets/bottles since I work long hours.

Where did you get the skinny neck adapter? I was told Amazon and couldn't find anything!
ETA: And now as I type this I see it on the Spectra website. How the hell did I miss this? Totally ordering them! Thanks!
ETAA: Also, can we talk about the Spectra bling collection?!
