Spiinoff to food for first bday...odd time party
So we decided to have DD's backyard 1st bday party at 3pm. She and her sis usually nap from 1-3 or so, so we thought it would be a good time. (Looking back we probably should have done 4pm but whatever).
My question, what food would you serve? We're going to order from Ivarrone. It's not lunch or dinner time, but we don't want just appetizers. Is it weird to have real food served at like 4pm?

not weird at all. You tell people 4 pm on the invite, then they will plan their day to eat at that time.

Not weird at all. I don't think 4PM is too early for "dinner food".
People typically eat lunch around noon so 4 would just be an early-ish dinner.

I would have apps from 4 to 5 then put dinner food out at 5. I always plan our naps and meals around parties. I think 4 is better than 3.
