Spin Classes
I've been wanting to try a Spin class for a long time and I've finally built up the nerve to go for it. I don't belong to a gym so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place that offers classes on a per class basis. I live on the North shore in Central Suffolk so anywhere from Smithtown to Port Jefferson/Miller Place would be easy for me to get to.

i'm a member of lafitness in lake grove. i think you can pay as you go. i would call them. i love the spin classes there!
