Spin-off to chinese gender predictor
Has anyone had that needle (or ring) thing done to them to predict gender? I had it done by two different people and both said  ( on the next round). My friend's mom carries a special needle in her purse to do it and swears she's never wrong.
I'm just curious if it held true for any of you that know what you're having.
My MIL had it done the same time I did (even though she's not preggo) and it came out three boys--and that's exactly what she had.

Yes!!!Jen's (gporka) grandma did it to the both of us! It came up for her and she's having a and it came up for me and im having a !!

The way Jens grandma did it was she took a needle and thread and rubbed it against our wrists then hung it over our wrists. If it goes back and forth its a if it goes around in a circle its a

Someone holds a needle or some type of ring/pendant on a chain or string over either your belly or your wrist/hand (I've only had the latter) and if the pin spins in a circle it's a girl and if it goes back and forth it's a boy.
You can do this multiple times to see what your future children will be. When it finally stops, that means you won't have any more children.

My MIL did this to me. She used DH's wedding band instead of a needle though. It came out and thats what Im having!

Maybe I can find a video on youtube or something that will show this, cause I want to try, but will DEFINITELY make an a$$ of myself...Guess it's happening when dh isn't home!!! Or do you need someone else to hold it for you???

We did it at DH's cousins house, and for me it predicted
I've had 2 dreams the past 2 weeks that LO was a
We won't know though till Sept 23  but we're gonna TRY to see if the doctor will tell us at the next appt 9/2
