Ava likes Max and Ruby, but man, that Ruby is a bossy beyotch! I can't stand watching it because she annoys the crap out of me!

my boys used to LOOOOOVE this show. and it still annoys me to this day.
but for some reason, it puts my boys into a trance (which comes in handy some days  )

I told Mike the same thing just the other night! I was like "she's a mean big sister" and Mike said "aren't they all." I knew he had a point. We both grew up with really mean big sisters

She's the epitomy of the pushy, know-it all older sister. I don't like the show until the end when Max prevails.

OK..>Ruby lover here.
Ruby HAS to take charge cause:
A. They don't have parents, apparently
B. Max only says one word per episode. SOMEONE'S got to be a leader.
Max always triumphs anyway, so he doesn't seem to have any ill-will towards his sister.
And DAMN that girl has patience. Max would annoy the CRAP outta me.
AND...since I am an older sister who practically raised my little brother, I definitely embrace my inner-Ruby.

DH and I always say this....poor Max never gets to do what he wants. But at least it does usually work out for him in the end. I love the face he makes when he's getting peeved at her.
You know who we think is worse? Franklin!!!! What a friggin whiney, complaining baby!!!! He drives me nuts. But DS loves that show....

Michael loves this show and DH says the same thing. He says that one of these days he would love to see Max just beat the crap out of Ruby.
