Spinning classes-Westbury/Carle Place/Mineola
Does anyone know if there's a gym in the area that has spinning classes or an actual spinning place?

They are opening a Soul Cycle in Roslyn Heights, its on the service rd to the expressway not far from the northern state/meadowbrook. I am not sure how much it costs though.

I used to belong to sweat ny (used to be big als, used to be dolphin). I loved the spinning classes there.
