SPINOFF - washing babys clothes? when did you do it?
so I have about 44 days left on my ticker... I have all the clothes and blankets and burpies and bedding that we will need - is now to earlly to wash and prepare??
We are talking 6 weeks till my due date....
when did you do it?

I did mine right away, why wait?? you just never know if you'll go early and I wanted to be prepared...

I did mine last Sunday right after my shower. I had my mom here to help, so that was a big reason why I did it. But the other was, I didn't want to put the items away & then have to take them out to be washed. I figured there was no time like the present

i've been doing it for the last 2 weeks - everything except the bedding set is done. Our crib isn't in yet.
Be prepared - that stuff is tiny and hard to fold! It took me an hour to fold 1 load

I waited until 36 weeks because I didn't want to wash them too early and have them just sitting around...I washed everything up to 3 months and a few gowns that go up to 6 months.
