rinse your mouth with peroxide - it will help whiten your teeth.
I second this, but I rinse and brush with it and then brush with whiting toothpaste. I add the peroxide regimin like 1 -2x per week...it really works!!!
I use a hair mask on my hair every 2 weeks. Right now I am using Frederik Fekkai Deep Conditioner with Shea.
Once a mo. wash your hair with baking soda... then rinse and shampoo and condition. It cleans your hair unbelievably well.

Queen Helen Cocoa Butter as your face moisturizer. I slather this stuff on day and night and my face is so hydrated. It also is great for a primer before makeup application.

If you want a more matte look, apply a light color of lipstick and then apply a coordinating color of lip gloss over it. It will give you just the right combination of matte color and shine.

I blast my eyelash curler with the hairdryer for about 10 second and then curl my lashes... it gives them more of a curl and they stay curled longer.
Bag Balm... Bag Balm for EVERYTHING!! Lips, cuticle, eye-makeup remover... amaaaaazing!!!!

We learned this in Dental/Hygiene school and education classes.
the peroxide changes the ph and chemical balance in your mouth by adding a hydrogen, the results are not pretty.

I used this on my belly during my pregnancy and I swear it's what prevented my stretchmarks....great stuff!!

I agree. What you can do is dip your brush in peroxide and the baking soda and brush rather than filling your whole mouth with peroxide

After blowing out my hair at night, I take a tube sock and tie it around a high ponytail. No ponytail lines or crazy bed waves.

- exfoliate w/ mixture of uncoated asprin and hot water every other week. dissolve 3-4 uncoated aspirins in a few drops of hot water. apply to face, let dry and rinse. AWESOME!

I cut a little slit on a capsule of Vitamin E and mix half/half with moisturizer. You don't need to use the whole capsule at once. It lasts me 2-3 applications.
I put the liquid vitamin E in the palm of my left hand and add the moisturizer then mix with the finger of my right hand.
Be careful it's VERY sticky. I do it at night time.
Skin will be nice and soft the next day. You can do it too with the hands and put gloves on.

*put on lip balm, night face cream and thick hand cream every night before bed
*every sunday night, i do a home dermabrasion to my face followed by a clay mask. keeps my skin looking good all week
*after washing my face, always use a toner, oil of olay is the best, it smells great and keeps my skin soft

I wouldnt do it anymore, I have seen in person what it can do, especially if you are on any meds( BCP, anitbiotics)
Brush with baking soda that works great.
We all have hair fillaments on our tongues- a healthy tongue you cant see them- someone who has a fever can get a white tongue, someone who doesnt brush thier tongue can get a yellow or white tongue.
when you eat a lollipop the color thats left on the tongue is on hair.
you said you brush your teeth right after- do you happen to brush your tongue too? that could be why you havent seen this but if you are brushing right after then you are brushing away the peroxide too- for a natural white, brush with your toothpaste to remove plaque and then brush with baking soda take a 1/2 teaspoon mix with warm water to make it pasty and wallah.
