im not sure. I think if they can't have air marshalls on everyflight (like a cop for a plane) then maybe they should.

will be VERY easy to do...
again making the gun do the exact opposite that it is intended to do

I am sorry but I am very close minded when it comes to this. I strongly believe in racial profiling, and searching every inch of anyone in question's body. I don't think that guns should be allowed on planes. Atleast now, if need be, it is hand to hand combat. The guns might end up in the wrong hands while in flight.
We need to stop any activity before the passengers even get on the flight.

I am ok with them having guns. If there are terrorists on the plane, then at least someone should. I have not seen marshalls on any flight I have been on.

Sky marshalls blend in with the other passengers. you wont be able to tell who is one

I think that tazers (sp?) might be better then guns. I do think that there needs to be an extra line of defense in case other methods fail. I would hope that if pilots are given weapons that they are trained in markmanship.
