not sure- I didn't have a car then- I lived in the City
I got a car at 27- and I pay very little for a brand new car

well i have a little while to wory about that!!! 
i just feel like i'm paying so much. I was told when you got married they went down but I didn't notice it and I took defensive driving and only saved $49.

My brother and sister both had their Insurance go down at 25.
I don't hit that milestone for another two years.

Yes, it's pretty standard. You are considered a "young driver" under 25 and you will pay more.
Some rental cars won't even rent for people under 25
