Spinoff to 3/4 mos DC's and sleeping..

What time is there last nap prior to going to bed....

I think the average bedtime was about 9pm...DS takes a nap around 7pm for maybe 40 minutes and still goes down at 9pm...just curious if anyone else does...

her naps are pretty sparatic in the afternoon just whenever shes sleepy...but i dont let her sleep past 7:30 if she happens to be sleeping around that time...so shes awake from 7:30-about 8:45-9 not sure if it matters but im afraid to chance it!

My son usually has his last nap around 4, however we just went for a walk and he's been asleep for about 40 minutes. he also took an hour and a half nap this afternoon which he never does. It's usually 40 minutes tops. I have a feeling I am in for a rough night.

DS always takes a 30-40min nap around 6:30/7pm before taking his last bottle and going to sleep at 8pm for the night. Even with the nap, he still sleeps 8-10 hours. Chat Icon
