My sister took me to see Dave Mason @ Belmont Park in like 1976/77. I can remember very clearly the guy who was hopped up on acid. Freaked me out & we left.
The first concert I wanted to go to was Power Station 1985 @ Jones Beach

My memory is fuzzy - it was either Debbie Gibson at Jones Beach or Bon Jovi at Nassau Coliseum. OMG I was a lunatic at that BJ show! That was during the Slippery When Wet days so I was about 12.

No Doubt at Nassau Coliseum 1996.
I was only 14 and my parents dropped off me and my friend and picked us up. I felt like such a grownup
OMG! That was my first concert ever too!! It was the day before my Junior High Graduation!

Joe Walsh at Nassau Coliseum....I was a concert junkie after that!
I was 13 at the time and won the tickets off WLIR My mother went with me cuz she wanted to make sure I didn't do anything bad...meanwhile I think we were both totally stoned by the time the show was over.

I was lame...I didn't start going to concerts until I was in college. My first "real" concert was Everclear I think. But before that I did see King Missle in our college's coffee shop. Since then I've been to a bunch

My parents took me to see Gladys Knight and the Pips and Air Supply at Westbury Music Fair when I was a kid
First concert that I bought tickets to that I actually wanted to see? Bon Jovi at Nassau Colliseum, March 10, 1989.
