Spinoff to chewable vitamins....what kind do you give DC?
I'd like to start DD on chewable vitamins. What kind do you use?

I give her a Flinstone's Chewable for ages 2-3. She also takes a floride vitamin at night.

We do Centrum Kids and a flouride pill - we used to do the prescription multi-vitamin until it was recalled a few months ago

ETA: My pharmacy told me another company would be making them but they didn't taste as good whatever that means (he said he tried one)

Im pretty sure these are what we give Rj..... how long ago were they recalled?
Were they all recalled or just from a certain pharmacy?
Even the dentist insited these were the best to give....

See my edit above - but i think it was like june - i go to friendly drugs and this is what the pharnmacist told me - he said they were not harmful. There was a thread about it awhile ago. I will bump for you

These are what we give but I can't find the floride vitamins and I actaully don't know if he needs it (I still have to call the water dept.  )

I just read the thread....
I too go to Friendly drugs- I must've filled my RX before the recall...
So they are only recalled because they were breaking apart easily- there is nothing harmful in them- therefore we can still give them- right?

Yes I was told there was nothing harmful in them.
ETA: The man pharmacist was the one who told me he tried the new ones

My First Flinstones since the multi/fluor combo chewable was recalled. I give the Fl2 supplement very rarely now.

A chewable mulit-vitamin with flouride that I got as a perscription from the ped. I tried one, they don't taste bad. The bright colors makes DS like them I think
