Bella that sounds YUMMY! I assume one can use milk instead of buttermilk? (to keep it on the lighter side)

Grilled Boneless Porkchops with Tatziki Salsa
i made this 2 nights ago- just make sure your husband eats it with you- because the garlic and onion is killer on the breath!
Pork Chops: 2 thick cut boneless pork chops sea salt, pepper and olive oil
Tarziki Salsa: 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped 1/2 small red onion, chopped fine 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2 cloves finely chopped garlic 2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 3/4 cup finely chopped parsley leaves
Brush pork chops with olive oil, and season heavlily with sea salt and pepper. Throw on the grill for 7-8 minutes per side.
While its grilling prepare the salsa buy combinig the ingredients. When the pork chops are done, put the salsa on top. You can also sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top as well for garnish. Its quite salty so feel free to reduce the salt.

Re: Spinoff to my own dinner post - share your easiest recipe here
Here is one of mine… so fast and EASY and yummy too! I love meals that you can prepare using 1 pan!
1 lb ground beef (I use 87% lean) Chopped onions Mrs Dash original seasoning Parsley About 3/4 of a cup of Tomato sauce – use whatever kind you like 1 cup of Minute rice
Brown the ground beef in a pan (I use a sauté pan). Add onions, parsley and Mrs Dash seasoning. Once the beef is cooked though, drain the fat – that’s how I do it, but you don’t have to. Add the tomato sauce (you may need to add some water if the sauce is thick) Add the Minute Rice. Mix it all up and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Enjoy!

Re: Spinoff to my own dinner post - share your easiest recipe here
Easy Italian chicken
Let chicken breasts marinate in Italian dressing for 30 mins-1 hour (the longer you leave them in the better)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray
Remove chicken from marinade and coat with Italian bread crumbs. Lay chicken in baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesean cheese and drizzle with cooking sherry (optional)
Cook chicken for 20-30 minutes, depending on thickness of breasts.
*For added flavor, cook chicken, remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded mozarella cheese and cook for 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
I usually make this with some sort of pasta.
