Spinoff to my own post BF'ing because of medical reasons...
What medical reasons are there that a child must be breastfed only?

My little sister (who is 23 now) was breastfed only because of severe food allergies. She's allergic to everything... wheat, whey, milk, nuts, eggs, etc... so my mom BF her until she was over 2.

For preemies they push breastfeeding because your body is making the exact nutrients they need.
