Spinoff to my own post... What other baby clothing items do you hate/find inappropriate?
For me-- I really don't like leopard print on babies.
It's just, wrong.

the only thing i don't really like is sleeveless shirts on boys, but i don't like them on grown men either
everything else is fine in my book (so far - talk to me once my MIL starts buying stuff for the baby  )

Oooh thats a good one!!!! I'm also not a fan of the whole skull and bones trend now a la Ed Hardy they are making for babies..just not for me, I think its cute, but something just creepy about it for a baby!

I also don't like overalls... I don't know why

I totally agree with the animal print.. someone in my family bought my dd a bunch of that stuff.. never put on her.
Im also not a big fan of cartoon characters on cloths.

I hate anything twee and babyish. I love clothes that look like grown up clothes!
I love designer baby clothes, but probably only because my sister buys me gorgeous stuff!

Me neither and everyone seems to slap their logo on the baby clothes. My DH always makes fun of our 14 yr old nephew saying Oh did you get your check in the mail from Abercrombie? I hate curses on baby clothes and things that allude to the fact that they are a product of sex.

Same here. DS has more shoes than I do, which is pretty scary
I took DS home from the hospital in an outfit that had shoes. I will say once he needed them to walk though, he took to them easily b/c it was something he was used to.

i actually LOVE the skull crossbones thing, but...im a hardcore kinda girl like that hahahaha
ummmm, i do hate cartoon, baby disney tigger pooh stuff on kids, and for decor...i know im probably in the minority, alot of people use this in their rooms,...im not a fan...
i dont mind name brands being slapped across a kids clothing, but, like a nice brand, not US POLO ASSN or anything lol i dont wanna know its fake ralph lauren. hehehe
