Spinoff to Spinoff - KitchenAid Mixer
Whenever I use mine, I feel like the batter and the ingedients on the edges never get mixed in well. Am I doing something wrong?

I think you need to use a spatula or something and scrape the batter from the sides into the mixture so it can be mixed properly.

That is what I do, but everyone says how wonderful and easy it is to use the KitchenAid, so I thought maybe it was just me!!

I use a spatula all the time to get everything together, I think that would be the problem with any stand mixer

Yup - I use a spatula to clean off the sides as it's mixing.
