Spinoff to Spinoff about Fence and neighbors

I was thinking we put up our PVC fence and we paid for all of it...now i was thinking the PVC fences you cant tell who owns it...since both sides are nice...so what if my neighbor sold his house and the new peeps for some reason want to put up a fence and they dont know if that part is theres can they just rip it down?????????

if it is on your property line I would think they couldn't rip it down. but they could put up their own fence of choice.
