spinoff to tipping garbage men...
those of you that tip your garbage men.... do you pay for your garbage service, or is it part of your taxes??
we pay extra ( about $500 a year) for garbage pickup- its a private company, not run by the town... and i'm not sure if that should affect whether we tip, or how much we tip.... what do you guys think??
