Attach heavy furniture to the wall - cover outlets with covers, and with the furniture, and tuck any electrical cords behind the furniture as well. And make sure there is nothing they can ingest/choke or otherwise harm them in drawers they can reach. For example, we moved all her medicine, baby lotion, suntan lotion, etc., up to a shelf she can't possibly reach.

Thanks, I think DH will be busy this weekend. The furniture is what scares me the most....like having her pull oput a draw, climb up on the furniture, etc

I want DH to attach all her furinture to the walls. Is there a special way to do this? Or can he just use mega large eye hooks?

No, there's actually something you can buy that hooks heavy furniture to the wall - go to the baby section in Target or babies R us and you can find it. Or google babyproofing wall furniture or something like that...

we can't find a single stud in Josh's room...so bolting things were out.

I sold his dresser on craiglist and cleared out his room. I can't trust this monkey. Little by little he is getting things back in his room, glider, his kitchen.

We actually got DS a dresser that was tested against tip over for up to 50 lbs for drawer clibimg children. The brand was Legacy. The thing is heavy and I don't think I could tip it over.
