Yes, of course - as a lawyer myself, if I picked up litigiousness in someone, I wouldn't want to be responsible for their child - and if I knew of a real lawsuit, forget it - in my mind, anyone who did would be putting themselves at huge risk. No sense in losing my house to someone out to make a buck, which is what I think of people who sue for anything and everything and can't accept that sometimes accidents and bad things will happen.
