I had some different stages, but I would say
Irish Times
Billy's in PJ
The Backyard in PJ
and whatever random dive bar a friend worked at- including MCCarthy's, SPORTS PLUS ( ), Some strip club (anything for free beer!)...

I used to go to these places plus:
Bliss
Blooms
The Orchard (that was Fiztpatrick's or something similar first)
Sidetracks (very rarely though)
Stephen's Green (way back when)
etc.
Plus a bunch of places in the city -- mostly on the upper east side.

the chin up bar on the jungle gym in my backyard 
oh, and i frequently use dove bar soap when i shower

In Queens, Breffni's and Backdrafts..
In Bay Ridge, Bklyn...The Salty Dog and Cantinas...
In NYC...upper east side all the way...too many too name!!
