Spinoff: What was your best halloween costume??
Mine is my 7th grade costume, hands down.
I was Tanya Harding. My friend was Nancy Kerrigan. My grandma made us matching skating costumes. It was hilarious.

when i was 6, my mom dressed me up as a bunny from head to toe. i even had the buck bunny teeth and a carrot....i wish i could scan a photo. i kept eating the carrot.

Mine was crappy (I was the Blue Fairy) but when I made DH's Pinocchio costume for the Halloween we spent at Disney.
Another year, I made him a Peter Pan costume which came out pretty awesome too (I was Wendy - LOL).

I was a pink lady when I was like 7yrs old. Love it, my grandma made me a "pink Ladies" jacket, we rocked that year.
I was alos PG one year when I worked in town, and got yelled at by a person on the street for smoking while I was pregnant.  I just stared at her like I would leave my house lookng like this. I had rollers in my hair, old schools sweats (tight ankles) and one of my grandmas moo-moo things. (I was spoofing the PG lady)

I was a Robert Palmer girl a few years ago. It was great b/c I had dark hair at the time and I have very fair skin...I really looked like one and everyone knew what I was for once! I carried around this electric guitar I bought at K Mart and got wasted....it was the best Halloween ever.

One year my made me a pizza with real pepporoni. That was a great costume... WELL until the dog ate the Roni's off
Then a couple of years later my mom made me a Christmas Tree. Complete with Garland ornaments and even a star for my head with lights.

Wonder Woman...I bought the costume but added embellishments - such as the gold eagle on the chest, stars on the wrist and headband and the golden lasso...and red go-go boots. Didn't hurt that I had the invisible jet in the driveway too

DH and I were Al and Peg Bundy.
I wore black leggings, a leopard print shirt with a black wide belt around it, black high heeled shoes and got a red poofy wig
DH got ugly brown pants and a tie from a thrift store and wore an dress shirt
We won the costume contest at the party we were at!!

Dead prom queen! My friend went as the chick from the birds. I have to scan the pics they were awesome costumes
One year my DH didn't have a costume so we borrowed his nieces Barbies and I pinned them all over him and he went as a chick magnet.
The best(original) costume I ever saw was at Mulcahy's the guy went as a "One night stand" He had a table with a lamp and a condom on it. It was so funny.

This one year I was hanging out down at Cherry Grove, I had some of those popsicle sticks that you can get at an arts & crafts store. So on Halloween night I painted my body red, white, and blue, stuck a popsicle stick where the sun don't shine  , and went around as a Rocket Pop!
It was the best time! Woo Hoo!

My best friend in HS and I were siamese twins. We had the same sweatshirt that her mom sewed together, and we had a poodle skirt made out of a table cloth. We wore saddle shoes and made a "shoe" to fit over our third leg. It was sooo cute and so fun to do with my friend. We had a great time. We grew apart after that, but I'll always remember that. I wish I had pictures!

My friend and I were Ponch and John from Chips one year - no one in the city got it, but then we went to a party in Hoboken and these guys walking down the street yelled out You're Chips! 
A guy on the subway that night was a fly - it was so awesome, he used an umbrella for his wings and he had on black spandex and black tinted swimming goggles
DH and I were Wolverine and Storm a few years ago.
