Spinoff: Where did you get married?
We got married at Saint Mary's Church of the Visitation in Clinton, CT, and had our reception at The WoodWinds in Branford, CT.

We got married at Our Lady of Mercy in Forest Hills and had our reception at Jericho Terrace in Mineola.

Church was St. Robert Bellermine in Bayside and reception was Riccardos by the bridge in Astoria

We eloped and got married at the city hall in Manhattan. Like my parents and DH parents did.

We tried St. Francis first (my sister got married there), but they didnt call back in over a week... 2 of my friends work at St. Rose and its the parish for most of Shauns family... and Shaun went to school at St. Rose and St. Francis...
they are both beautiful churches...

DH and I got married in Pa., in a new Church basement. They couldn't get the Church Sanctuary finished in time!!!! Also, couldn't have our reception there, because the construction wasn't finished; Ended up at a firehall, with fireman hats/coats hanging in the background. Mary
PS Anne Beiler, of Auntie Anne's Pretzels, and her Sisters sang at our Wedding.
