Not sure where this belongs, food...health??
Does anyone get headaches from Splenda??

I do too! I couldn't figure out why I was getting these terrible headaches. I cut out Splenda and they stopped within a few days. I've also heard Stevia is good but I haven't tried it yet.

I do, from lots of artificial sweetners. I now use Stevia or Truvia and haven't had any issues.
