spots on face

Around my mouth I have like dry patches. They look kind of darker then the rest of my skin. Very odd and something I've never had before....is this pregnancy related? Should I see a derm?

It is pregnancy related. It is brought on by the hormones in your body. You can go to the derm and they will prescribe you a cream.

It's from hormones- it's called melasma. I had it before pregnancy from bc pills. The best rx is tri-luma, but you cant use it during pregnancy, it's harmful to the fetus.

I've had this since about 8 weeks after bfp and it got progressively worse, especially when I got hot from working. It looked like I had a red beard - horrible! I diet want to go to the derm, but found a miracle! First aid beauty at Sephore makes the skin repair cream that helps skin reactions and it doesn have Paraben or anything bad in it. Cleared up in 3 days!!! The tube was about $15.
